xLiefer is opening a new Amazon delivery station in Cottbus from October. We are recruiting drivers, hiring through our MAX Empower inclusive programme, and looking for local partners for office space, employee accommodation and long-term vehicle service.

Drivers with disabilities — MAX Empower
Real driver positions on Amazon routes for people with disabilities who are able to drive safely day-to-day.
- At least 50% recognised disability (GdB ≥ 50)
- Minimum 18 hours per week
- Must hold a valid EU/EEA driving licence and be able to drive Amazon routes
- Adapted shifts, patient onboarding and supportive teams
