2. Data We Collect
When you apply through our recruitment form, we collect: name, email, phone, date of birth, driving licence details, work experience and other information you voluntarily provide. We process this data to evaluate your application.
When you visit our website, our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser, referrer, timestamp) for security and operations.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) for applications, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for security logging, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) where you actively opt in.
4. Retention
Application data is retained for up to 6 months after the recruitment decision unless you consent to a longer talent-pool period or a hire creates statutory retention obligations.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact ops@xliefer.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Sächsischer Datenschutzbeauftragter).
